What You’ll Need

  • 3 avocados
  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt (fat free)
  • 2 tbs. cayenne pepper
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tbs. apple-cider vinegar

This is literally the easiest dip to make. Combine everything in a food processor or blender and blend till completely smooth. Done!

I’ve been chowing down on this dip all week, using it for veggie chips at snack-time and dipping my Quinoa Chicken Bites in it too!
