What You’ll Need
- 3 avocados
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt (fat free)
- 2 tbs. cayenne pepper
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbs. apple-cider vinegar
This is literally the easiest dip to make. Combine everything in a food processor or blender and blend till completely smooth. Done!
I’ve been chowing down on this dip all week, using it for veggie chips at snack-time and dipping my Quinoa Chicken Bites in it too!
